At LinaAmsterdam we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a returns policy so you can shop with confidence.

Returns within 14 days

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn and with all labels still attached. Clothing that has been washed or worn cannot be returned.

Steps to process your return:

  2. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging (if possible). Make sure the product is well protected so that it comes back in the same condition.

Return costs

The return costs are for your own account, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly. We recommend using a track & trace code when returning, so you can track the package.

Processing of returns

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and within [number of business days, e.g. 5-7 business days] process the refund back to the payment method you used to make the purchase. The refund may take several business days depending on the payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. lingerie, swimwear).

Defective or damaged items

Exchanging items

Currently we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like to receive a different product or size, you can return the current item and place a new order.
