1. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can always view the shipping costs in the shopping cart before you finally place your order.
- Within the Netherlands : The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €[amount] . Orders above €[amount] are shipped for free.
- International Shipping : For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the country. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
2. Shipping times
We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Expected delivery times are as follows:
- Netherlands : Orders placed before 23:59 will be processed the same business day and delivered within 14 business days.
- International Orders : Delivery time for international orders may vary from 4 to 21 business days depending on the country of destination.
Please note: during busy periods, such as holidays or sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.
3. Track order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. This number can usually be used from the next business day to track the status of your shipment.
4. Loss or Damage to Orders

In some cases we offer the possibility to collect your order in our physical store (if applicable). To do this, choose the option "Collect in store" during the checkout process.
7. Customs and import duties (for international orders)
For international shipments, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are not included in the order price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
